Receive rental proposal and upload your data
If you want to be considered for a property, you must:
enter the 3-digit code [code] to the property in your Profile Card within 24 hours from the start of the open house. The Profile Card is only accessible with a Faster Rent account.
complete the Datakeeper Phase 1 via the QR code and your DigiD account (with username and password).
24 hours after the open house, you will then receive our rental proposal automatically, which you must accept or reject before 13:00 hours the next day.
Note: It's possible to enter an open house code for multiple properties simultaneously, to increase your chances.

The security deposit is a one-off payment and will be credited to the lessor's account for as long as you rent the property. You will receive the deposit back within 14 days after termination of the rental agreement and under the condition that:
you have left the rented property on the last rental day at the latest;
you have delivered the rented object in accordance with the contractual agreements;
there is nothing more to be claimed from you..
Additional conditions and information:
In this project, guaranteeing eligibility is not possible; your income alone has to be sufficient!
If the property is allocated to you, the documents must be uploaded to your account within 6 days of allocation.
signing the rental agreement and paying the invoice can be done securely online through our system;
If you have additional conditions regarding the rental proposal, fail to respond in time, or if your registration is unclear—preventing immediate allocation—we reserve the right to proceed with the next home seeker.
Please let us know your response to this rental proposal by 13:00 hrs. tomorrow at the latest. You can easily do this by selecting the desired button (Accept or Decline) in your Profile Card. |

End of rental proposal
Accept or reject rental proposal
Do you accept or reject the rental proposal? Please always let us know within the deadline mentioned in the rental proposal. To do so, simply select the desired button (Accept or Reject) in your Profile Card.
You can accept as many rental proposals as you want to increase your chances. Do this only for properties you would actually want to rent, though.

Reject rental proposal: always enter the reason for rejection clearly. If you no longer find certain properties interesting, please remove them from your selected properties. Then we won't offer you the wrong property for nothing either. Of course, we hope to offer you a more suitable property soon.
Please note: not responding to a rental proposal in time delays process for everyone.
After this, we will continue with the prospective tenant who has accepted the rental proposal and is then at the top of the waiting list.
The selected home seeker will receive a notification via their account to complete Datakeeper Phase 2 within the specified timeframe. At this stage, we will request details such as your IBAN, identity verification, and any remaining income information.
Note: If you decide not to rent the property after all, please let us know immediately by sending us a chat message. If this isn't the first time you accept a rental proposal but don't take the next step through Datakeeper, your account will be paused for one month.
Once Datakeeper Phase 2 has been completed, we will prepare the lease agreement as soon as possible and share it with the selected home seeker via their account.
