Verhuurtbeter.nl usually organizes open houses online (via Google Meet) and sometimes in-person (at the property). These are always group viewings, and here's what you need to know!
Online open houses for everyone!
We have a special page with an overview of the upcoming Open Houses. These Open Houses are free to attend and require no appointment. No registration is required.
We'll send you an invitation as soon as we schedule the Open House, provided you've added the property to your favorites in your account or completed your Search Profile correctly. Everyone is welcome at the Open Houses!
Online
We offer online Open Houses. These are online meetings where you can learn more about the building, the location and the surrounding area. You'll also have the opportunity to ask questions.
Combined with the visual materials on our website (photos, videos, 3D tours, floor plans), this provides a good overview of the apartments. You'll find the link to participate in the Open House Calendar and in the invitation email.
We schedule them, but we don't always conduct online Open Houses ourselves. These can also be hosted by a Tenant Ambassador from the property manager. This gives you the opportunity to meet the people on site.

Individual viewing is not possible
We only arrange group viewings. Individual appointments are not possible. We also cannot wait after a viewing and must adhere to the scheduled time.

For the Faster Renting account you pay €55 (price 2026). This account is valid for one year, applies to all projects and is never tacitly renewed.
Is the property allocated to someone else? No worries! You will then be moved up the waiting list and will soon have a chance at another property. If you become a tenant, we will refund the €55.
