If you express interest in our properties here you'll receive automated emails form our system about our housing, about viewings and the way Verhuurtbeter.nl works.
Free Accounts: Explore and Search
On our website: https://wonen.verhuurtbeter.com you can register for a free account. It's crucial to carefully review our general and privacy terms. After entering your details and selecting a secure password, you'll promptly receive an email to activate your account. Please activate it and you instantly have a Free Explore account.
Free Explore account:
Once activated, you will automatically have a Free Explore account. You then don't have to do anything from this point on. Just sit back and see if you like the VB formula. We will automatically send you emails about our properties, how we work and when we have a Public Open House scheduled. Since you have specified in which place(s) you are looking, how many rooms you want and what your maximum budget is, we can provide you with information.

Of course, we will also send you information about our properties, working methods and when we have a Public Open House scheduled. Because you have shared information with us in your profile, we can keep you better informed. Come to as many viewings as you like to see what we have for you and discover the VB formula even better.

If you are sure of your choice and want to rent a rental property through us as soon as possible, definitely consider upgrading to a Premium account right away. This costs a one-off €50 and you will be immediately on our transparent waiting list. You fill in the 5 sections of the profile completely. After this, the system calculates your rental budget and we automatically do a check on your payment history, also called a credit check. This way, you immediately know what your options are. Of course, we will also send you information about our properties, working methods and when we have a Public or Premium Open House. You can get in touch with our team directly via Messages and, for highly sought-after properties, as soon as your position on the waiting list is high enough (you are among the first 15 waiting) you will also receive an invitation to a Top Open House.
