Are you getting a 999 error?

That means that something went wrong in your in-App browser. It can happen for example when you enter your DigiD login details incorrectly, or from your bank which causes the process in the in-App browser in Datakeeper to be closed. When this happens, feel free to try again and enter your login details again.

Do you get a 3001 error?

This means that the QR code has already been used once. This could be because data has already been sent. It can also happen if someone cancelled the data request. In both cases, the QR code becomes invalid. This is because you can only use a QR code once, so even if you refuse the data request.

Can't open the Datakeeper app?

Restart your device and try again. Does this not work? Check whether your phone has the latest update. Is this not the case? Install the update and try again.

Are you getting a glitch in the app?

Datakeeper depends on the sources from which the data is retrieved. If one of those sources is temporarily down because of technical work, for example, then Datakeeper cannot retrieve your data.

If you have a failure in the app, there are a few steps you can take:

  • Close the app and try again to see if that fixes the glitch

  • Check that you have downloaded and installed the latest version of the app. If not, try updating the app.

  • Check if there is a known glitch with source you are using

  • If the glitch persists, in that case, try taking a screenshot of the error you receive and notify Rentbetter.co.uk.

  • As a last option, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Keep in mind that this will also delete all saved data in the app.

It may happen that there is an outage or maintenance at the UWV, for example, in this case we would like to receive a message of this in Intercom so that we can extend the deadline for code entry and Datakeeper session.

If your error message is not listed, we kindly ask you to also contact Datakeeper directly. You can do this by entering contact details on their website.
