The listings of Verhuurtbeter.nl are always up to date and are presented on free housing websites such as:

  • Funda.nl

  • Jaap.nl

These websites show our listings without you, our future tenant, to pay for seeing the listings.

Unfortunately other websites also copy or 'spider' our listings and present our homes on their websites. These websites charge you for seeing the listings. We can imagine  that this can be confusing. It is important to know that these websites are separate from Verhuurtbeter.nl. The information on these websites is more than often not up to date!

The difference is as follows:

  • With the various housing sites you (often) pay a fee to only be able to see the supply of rental properties.

  • With us, you create an account and manage your own profile in order to actually qualify for a property from our range!

“Our accommodation offer is always up to date!”

Be careful
Unfortunately, it is not uncommon for housing supply sites to simply copy the supply of homes (including ours). This may mean that the information about the property in question is not up to date, on the housing offer sites.

In a few cases, the house has even been rented out! Unfortunately we have no influence on this. If you find (possible) paid expenses on the above mentioned sites unjustified, we advise you to contact the relevant website.
