Since 1 January 2022, returns the €50 registration fee when renting a property, but why? is well on its way to becoming the largest online rental intermediary in the Netherlands. We now rent houses in as many as 5 provinces: North Holland, South Holland, Utrecht, Flevoland and Gelderland.

To continue to grow and even more home seekers the opportunity to honestly and quickly find a new home through our platform, we decided to lower the threshold further. We will do this by reducing from January 1, 2022 the € 50 that house hunters (once) pay when creating a Premium account will be refunded.

How does this work exactly?

If you rent a house through from 1 January 2022 onwards, you will receive € 50 back from us as soon as we have finalized your housing file.

Compare with other housing corporations

For housing corporations it is common for a tenant to pay 10 to 15 euros annually to be on a waiting list. This can easily run into a few hundred euros in registration costs. At we show that this can also be done differently.
