In order to safeguard your privacy as much as possible, we do not ask for your documents until they are really needed.

Upload and check of documents:

You will only be able to upload your documents after a rental has been allocated and not before. Documents are carefully checked by us after allocation of a rental property. We start with the tenants who will be handed over their rental property in the short term, etc. After our check the allocation is final.

PS: The iDIN check can be carried out directly or at the moment of allocation!
